The starting point is to understand the skills and behaviours that are required for the role. Having done this, we work with you to design and deliver an assessment centre that is challenging, insightful and rewarding for the candidates. As part of our approach, we use experienced executive coaches to observe the candidates during the assessment centre to ensure the skill profile of each individual is fully understood.
We produce Feedback Reports on each candidate that bring to life their skill profile, their motivation, their fit with the role and their potential to grow within the role. As part of the process, we take our clients through the Feedback Reports and make recommendations on which candidates we believe should be offered the role.
